Road to Orange Belt

Months 1 -4   :
Technique Introuduction

 Jab Punch ,Cross Punch, Round- House *
 

1st Month:

Jab- Punch from the lead hand.

Cross- Punch from the Rear hand.

Round House Kick- Round kick from the back leg of the fighting stance.
Form: Knee, Hip, Man

Fighting Stance- Students will Grasp the concept of executing techniques from the (orthodox Position) & (south Paw Position)

Horse Stance- the feet pointed forward, thighs parallel to the floor, with the buttocks pushed out, and the back "arched up" to keep the upper body from leaning forward.

2nd Month:

Technique execution while moving forward

(New) Back Fist- Side Angled Punch recoiled from the elbow.

Cross- Punch from the Rear hand.

Round House Kick- Round kick from the back leg of the fighting stance.
Form: Knee, Hip, Man

3rd Month:

Technique execution while moving backwards
and blocks

(New) L block- Protects the jawline, temple on the skull, and nape of the neck.

Ages 3- 6

1st Month:

25 Jumping jacks, 10 Pushups, 20 Squats, 10 Crunches

2nd Month:

35 Jumping jacks, 20 Pushups, 30 Squats, 20 Crunches

3rd Month:

 45 Jumping jacks, 25 Pushups, 35 Squats, 25 Crunches

4th Month:

 55 Jumping jacks, 30 Pushups, 40 Squats, 30 Crunches

Calisthenic Based Exercises 

 

Ages 7+

1st Month:

 50 Jumping jacks, 30 Pushups, 40 Squats, 30 Crunches

2nd Month:

 70 Jumping jacks, 40 Pushups, 50 Squats, 40 Crunches

3rd Month:

 80 Jumping jacks, 50 Pushups, 60 Squats, 50 Crunches

4th Month:

 100 Jumping jacks, 60 Pushups, 70 Squats, 60 Crunches
